SPECIALTIES IN OSTEOPATHY

Visceral Osteopathy

Visceral osteopathy is a branch of osteopathy that focuses on the treatment of dysfunctions and disorders that affect the internal organs of the body. This discipline recognizes the importance of mobility and proper organ function to maintain good health.

Visceral osteopaths use specific, gentle manual techniques to assess and treat movement restrictions and stresses on internal organs. The main goal of visceral osteopathy is to restore optimal organ function and balance, as well as improve circulation and fluid flow in the body.

Visceral Osteopathy

How can visceral osteopathy help me?

Improvement of the functioning of internal organs: Visceral osteopathy focuses on the balance and mobility of the internal organs. By improving circulation, nerve function, and organ mobility, better functioning of the digestive, respiratory, urogenital, and other internal systems can be promoted.

Pain relief: Visceral osteopathy can help relieve pain and discomfort related to internal organ disorders and dysfunctions. By restoring balance and mobility to the organs, tension and irritation that can cause pain can be reduced. Improved Mobility and Posture: Internal organs are connected to and surrounded by muscular tissues and structures. When there are restrictions or dysfunctions in the organs, they can affect mobility and body posture.

"Dr. David Ponce, is a crack!!! After more than two years and two hip interventions after which acute pain persisted in the posterior thigh during this same time, he knew how to diagnose me with what no specialist contemplated: a break old hamstring, from which I am beginning to recover in the same clinic with the "hand" of the physiotherapist Arnau Surós."
